Main Street East Hamilton

705 Main Street East, Hamilton. I believe this library is CLOSED.

This Free Little Library is run by the St. Peters HARRRP
Hamilton Association for Residential and Recreational Redevelopment Programs. This LFL is located in the building that is apart of St. Peter Anglican Church at 705 Main Street East.

My Friend and I had trouble locating this Free little Library, we eventually saw the charter sign, within the sign for the church. We circled the outside of the church looking for an outdoor lending box.

Eventually we went into the building space that appeared to be shared by both the church and the community group HARRRP. We found a man in the building, explaining that we were Little Free library Finders, we asked if he could direct us to the Free little library at the address of the building. He directed us to a room of books!

HARRRP also have a Tool Lending Library. Generally Tool Lending libraries are only available to members, and/or one has to sign out the tool(s). Most Tool Lending Libraries purpose is to allow neighbours to share tools to revitalize neighbourhoods, one project at a time.

We exchanged some materials on our visit.

UPDATe: They have added an outdoor LFL.

UPDATE This Church added a Little Free Library located outside of the church. A new congratulation has ownership of the church building, I don't believe they are running the library anymore.
