My GPS preferred to call Second Street: 2nd Street.
The Charter for this Free Little library is on the fence rather than on the Library itself.
A small but whimsical Free Little Library, that recently became registered as Free little library. I took a few minutes and walked to the bottom of Second Street, to see a lookout to Lake Ontario.
