Levanna Lane Little Free Library in Oakville, Ontario has a "Library Mouse" on it.
I love the hand carved library mouse, to quote the Steward of this LFL:
A bookworm is a person devoted to reading or studying. In many Latin languages the word bookworm literally means a library mouse.

The Blog Little Libraries of Ontario did a blog post on some of the doorknobs she has found on the Little Free Libraries and exchange cabinets she has visited. See her blog article Ontario Little Library Doorknobs for more of her doorknob photographs, she has taken. I think I recognize a few of them. Our blogs have helped each other find Little Free Libraries and exchange cabinets in Ontario.

One of the handknobs she photographed, I recognized from the Stratheden Drive Little Free Library in Burlington, Ontario. (pictured on right)

Centennial Drive Free Library in Burlington, Ontario has a garden spade as a handle, the library also has a garden theme to it.

The Ronald McDonald House near McMaster Hospital in Hamilton has a Little Free Library. Under the library box is a plaque that tells a bit about the library.

The Blue House Little Free Library has a hanging chalkboard with amusing puns, and quotes that the steward changes regularly.

Other details or added touches include dog bowls, dog latches, and lots of benches beside Little Free Libraries.
